Customer Service / Account Management
We are looking for Customer Service/ Account Managers with experience in managing customers:
Unified Communications (on-prem/cloud), Carrier Services (voice circuits, internet, WAN), MSP,
Data Center/Hosting… full-service technology solutions.
- California (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley)
- Utah (Salt Lake City)
Customer Service Execution:
- Executing Customer strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate
- Maintaining a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to establish
customer needs, buying cycles, and craft positive relationships to effectively drive Customer
Service and repeat business.
- Adhering to Customer Service process including pipeline development and accurate
forecasting via internal tools.
- You will lead ongoing customer account relationship to include updating account information
in company systems and resolving customer satisfaction issues.
- You will develop and maintain solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at each target account
Strategic Planning & Presentation:
- Develop a customer strategy plan – understand current technology state, learn business needs,
develop a technology solution plan to address overall needs.
- Develop & execute marketing and business plans to drive revenue and profits.
- Customer Service and. Management experience (customer facing) in Telecom (UCaaS), MSP
(managed services), Cloud Networking, Network Security
- Ability to build positive business professional relationships
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
