Mitel MiVoice Connect (aka ShoreTel) End of Life

ProTelesis is anticipating Mitel to announce the End of Life (EoL) of Mitel MiVoice Connect (aka ShoreTel) around mid-year 2023. The excellent news is Mitel recently announced a migration offer for MiVoice Connect customers to leverage their current MiVoice Connect investment by migrating to Mitel’s flagship product, MiVoice Business! The offer includes deeply discounted licensing and migration services. Similar incentives are being offered for ProCloud Elevate and RingCentral for MiVoice Connect customers to move to those platforms.
