Applies To: Month-to-Month Customers of Intermedia, Coredial, AT&T Managed Internet, and Brightlink/Nuso Services

Overview

In accordance with ProTelesis’s Standard Terms and Conditions, this notice serves as formal notification of upcoming rate adjustments.

These adjustments apply only to Services that are no longer under a committed Service Term and are continuing on a month-to-month basis. Rates under active fixed-term agreements will remain unchanged until the expiration of their current Service Term.

Rate Adjustments by Service

• Intermedia Services: A variable increase of 5% – 10% will be applied across eligible month-to-month Intermedia services.
• Coredial Services: A 10% increase will be applied.
• AT&T Managed Internet Services: A 10% increase will be applied.
• Brightlink/Nuso Services: A 10% increase will be applied.
