When you sign up to receive text messages from ProTelesis, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with ProTelesis. These messages may include:

  • Updates related to previous communication with ProTelesis
  • Direct Communication with a ProTelesis employee
  • ProTelesis Products and Services Updates
  • Meeting Reminders
  • Support Request Updates
  • Billing Notifications
  • Project Management Updates

You can opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the ProTelesis program you opted out of. To receive assistance reply HELP within the text message thread.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly by calling 833-977-6835 or emailing support@protelesis.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
