ProTelesis will report any issues we detect to your System Administrator, via email. If you are a customer experiencing any technical issues please contact your System Administrator before contacting ProTelesis. A support ticket may have already been opened.
At ProTelesis, our goal is to provide a reliable, highly available service for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns please send an email to support@ProTelesis.com. A ticket will be automatically generated and routed to our support queue with the appropriate priority. It also provides assurances that your request will be handled in a timely manner.
ProTelesis Support Services is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST. After hours support messages are responded to within specified SLA agreement per the support contract.
